Blue Kitchen Condiment Range

The Blue Kitchen condiments range includes conserves, Green Curry paste, Harissa Chilli relish, chilli sauces and Chutney. All are made with locally sourced ingredients and are made with bold rich flavours to compliment meats, cheese boards, wraps and sandwiches, BBQs, roasts and more. Some of our favourites:

Davidsons Plum conserve- made with Australian rainforest fruit, a blend and sweet and sour perfectly compliments cold meats, ice cream and yoghurt

Green Curry paste- a Thai Style, vegan friendly curry paste.

Harissa Chilli relish- an original fiery Moroccan paste with unique flavours.

Hot chilli sauce- perfect for dipping or adding to recipes. Includes Pequin and Red Savina Habanero chillies. Also try medium or sweet chilli sauce.

Lemon, Lime & date Chutney- a special blend of northern rivers lemons and limes matched with the sweetness of pitted dates and sultanas and a hint of chilli. Irresistable!

Preserved Lemons- made traditionally going through a natural fermentation and 6 week curing process in the jar.

All products are all natural and contain certified organic ingredients, preservative free, GM free, Gluten Free and Vegan.
