High in nutritional benefits with a deliciously wholesome and nutty flavour, it is the ultimate wholegrain bread. The boiled whole grains provide a distinctive textural complement to a springy crumb, contrasting the crunchy golden-brown crust that has been rolled in toasted sesame seeds.

Bread can be stored in the freezer in an airtight container or tightly cling-wrapped

BRASSERIE BREAD History
The very first batch of sourdough bread was baked back in 1996 when the owners, Tony Papas and Michael Klausen decided to make great bread for Sydney and never compromise the quality. They baked 12 loaves a day then and the plan was to build a bakery that would sell thousands of sourdough loaves a day at the same quality. And they did! Brasserie sourdough is organic and naturally delicious!
