Driven by a passion to bake the tastiest gingerbread man made from only
natural ingredients, Gingerbread Folk was created by Karen Sharman in 2001.
Ten years on, and now with husband Dominic Mason, the business remains
true to their vision of an ethical approach to minimise impact on the environment.
Conscious of the way their business affects the earth and the creatures around
them, Gingerbread Folk continue to implement sustainable initiatives.
Gingerbread Folk do not support the battery hen industry. That's why products
are completely egg-free. Through research and development a unique egg-free
royal icing has been created so now customers with egg allergies can enjoy
a gingerbread man too! Cookies are packed in compostable wrappers and
cardboard from sustainable sources.
Free from artificial colours, flavours and preservatives, our products are egg-free, GMO-free, and are made from the finest selection of Australian ingredient.
