Vanilla Jelly

Made from vanilla beans submerged in jelly. The jelly can be used in dessert cooking or simply aded to baked treats for a lovely vanilla compliment.

Guava Confiture

This is a traditional Brazilian sweet, found on many Brazilain tables for breakfast, snacks and dessert. It is very popular served with fresh curd cheese.

Similar in texture to marmalade, it is a thick smooth, sweet paste, perfect with cheeses or baked goods.
