Havelock Farm Grass Grazed Free Range Lamb
Grazed on the natural pastures of the Red Gum Plains of East Gippsland Havelock Lamb is produced using stress free farming practices and low impact on the environment. Free of any harmones or growth promotants, Havelock Lamb is a family operated business using a breed known as Dohne (Doo-nee) which converts its feed into meat as opposed to large layers of fat. Known as the lean lamb with all the benefits plus less fat.

Lamb and Rosemary Burgers.
Store in the refrigerater below 4 degrees celcius or freeze.
Prepare according to individual cooking instructions. Rest all cuts of meat for 5-10 minutes before serving.
