Lakelands Olives new oils

Thomas Dux is now ranging a new range of olive oils from Lakelands Olives.

Ginger Crush Extra Virgin Olive Oil - made agrumato style meaning the biodynamic ginger (grown on their farm) is crushed in with the olives when making the oil. It is spicy yet delicate and is great over chicken, seafood or just drizzled over steamed vegetables. It also comes in a beautiful cruet bottle inside a gift box, making a perfect gift for foodies.

Special Reserve Green pack - is a peppery oil from a biodynamic farm in the Mudgee region. The farm's high altitude gives this extra birgin olive oil a strong pungent flavour.

Agrumato Collection - this triple pack of flavours gives you an opportunity to try 3 agrumato flavours of Lakelands Olive oils. There is Basil, Ginger and Mandarin. All ingredients have been pressed with the olives to create a traditional yet subtle aroma. These oils are great with pasta, steamed vegetables and much more.
