The Limestone Coast Cheese Company

Located in Lucindale surrounded by rich green pasture lands and the wine regions of Coonawarra, Mount Benson, Padthaway and Wrattonbully, Limestone Coast built their cheesery from a green field, and started producing cheese in August 2005. Their milk is sourced from the Corobinna Dairy, collected in the evening and used the following morning. They are the only gourmet Cheesery in the Limestone Coast , historically a dairy region.

Matthew started his cheesemaking career in 1998 making yoghurt and cheese, he then moved to Margaret River Cheese Company becoming production manager of their white mould factory and finaly to Woodside Cheese Wrights in the Adelaide Hills, specialising in cow and goat milk cheeses where he spent three years. The Limestone Coast Cheese Company was realised in 2005. Enjoy the following Limestone Coast cheeses:
