Ornella hand-made pasta

Ornella pasta is a creation of Ornella Fissore & Valerio Vittone. The mother-and-son duo have created a pasta range of Agnolotti, Ravioli, Lasagna, Taglierini and other authentic dishes that have been part of the Fissore's long family heritage since 1420.

The finest authentic Italian pasta is made rigorously by hand (with silver moulds for the ravioli) with the combination of top Italian Imported ingredients (eg San Daniele prosciutto, Parmigiano Reggiano) and Organic local chicken & eggs. The result is a range of gourmet food with unique fillings and very thin pasta that cooks in only 3 minutes!

Northern Italian lasagne is made with beef ragu and bechamel sauce with a touch of nutmeg.

Beef ragu combines the traditional flavour of locally sourced and roasted Australian rump steak with fresh tomato, white wine, garlic and basil. The full flavour of this ragu 'sugo' makes it an instant family favourite.

The Oil Pasta roll or rotolo is a unique northern Italian pasta speciality only made with flour and premium cold press extra virgin olive oil.

This olive oil-pasta combination makes the rotolo perfect to gratin in conventional oven, ideal for luscious lunches and dinners and the perfect choice for dinner & cocktail parties.

The Provolone and Mascarpone are sourced directly from Italy for their superior quality and flavour. The pumpkins are locally sourced from the Sydney Markets, baked and mashed fresh every week and the organic spinach is sourced locally in NSW while the finest ricotta is from Premium Dairy Pendle Hill.
