Pukara Estate flavoured vinegars

A natural compliment to Pukara Estate Olive Oils is the new range of flavoured vinegars. Known for their freshness and extensive range of olives and oils, Pukara have launched Guava vinegar and white balsamic vinegar.

Guava is the most unique of the flavoured vinegars, made on a white wine base, it has a distinctive tropical vibrant flavour. Great for BBQs and seafood.

White Balsamic vinegar is made very true to the traditional balsamic method. It is sweet, fruity and complex. Made mainly on chardonay grapes, it makes an ellegant salad dressing as well as great for deglazing a pan after roasting a chicken. Or use to steam mussels instead of white wine for a sharp unique taste.

Preservative free, all natural, dairy free, vegan.
