Pukara Estate

Pukara Estate, in the Upper Hunter Valley of NSW, have a wide range of Extra Virgin Olive Oils. One of the reasons why their oils taste so good is that Pukara Estate harvest and press each variety of olives separately, then blend, resulting in quite different flavours and complex oils which taste fantastic in a wide range of dishes.

Pukara Estate also makes balsamic vinegars on-site. They are a natural compliment to their oils. They have extended their range of balsamic vinegars to include caramelised balsamic. Pukara Estate have three dukkahs, six tapenades & relishes and four mayonnaises - all hand made following traditional recipes (all containing their extra virgin olive oils). In addition, Pukara Estate range traditionally cured and marinated olives, mostly Kalamata, Manzanillo and Sevillano varieties.

Lakelands Olives Ginger Crush EVOO

This unique blend is made agrumato style meaning rhe biodynamic ginger (grown on the farm) is crushed in with the olives when making the oil. It is spicy yet still delicate and is great over chicken, seafood or just drizzled over steamed vegetables. It also comes in a beautiful cruet bottle inside a gift box.

Lakelands Olives Agrumato Collection

This great triple pack of flavours gives you an opportunity to try 3 agrumato flavours of lakelands Olives oils. There is basil, Ginger & Mandarin. All ingredients have been pressed with the olives to create a traditional yet subtle aroma. These oils are great with pasta, steamed vegetables and much more.

This peppery oil comes from a biodynamic farm in the Mudgee region. The farm's high altitude gives this Extra virgin Olive oil a strong pungent flavour.

The guava Vinegar is one of the most unique flavours in the Pukara Estate range. Made on a white wine base, it has a very distinctive tropical vibrant flavour. It's great for summer or BBQs!

Pukara Estate White Balsamic Vinegar

This complex vinegar is made very true to the traditional balsamic method. It's sweet, fruity and complex. Made mainly on Chardonnay grapes. It makes a very elegant salad dressing as well as great for deglazing a pan after roasting a chicken. Or use to steam mussels instead of white wine for a sharp unique flavour.
