Saskia's beef stock is made with Barossa Plains Black Angus Beef - it is a naturally jellied single stock made with traditional vegetables, lots of beef, herbs and red wine. It can be used as a soup (add some salt, pepper, herbs and veg) or as a base for risotto, polenta, stews, braises or pies. Full flavoured but without any added salt it can be reduced with the aromatics of your choice to make an individually inspired sauce, glaze or dish.
Saskia's beef glaze is a 75% reduction of her beef stock with the addition of red wine. It is perfect as is as a beautiful sauce for beef - or could be used to finish any duck, game or even fish dish.

chook bones and traditional vegetables the higher levels of natural gelatine form a delicious, rich and unctuous stock. This stock is 100% more intense than any other on the market and can be watered down if desired. It has no added salt so it can also be reduced into a glaze without becoming salty as most stocks on the market are a combination of artificial flavours and salts.
The Chicken & sherry glaze is the perfect "jus" and is a 75% reduction of her chicken stock with the addition of Amontillado Sherry. Melt the glaze and use over your chicken dish for a restaurant quality sauce.

Serving ideas:
Glaze - Heat and serve over cooked poultry, vegetables or other meats.
Stock - Heat and add vegetables, meat and other flavours to make a rich and delicious soup.
Use to make creamy risotto, gorgeous polenta, reduce to make your own jus, use to enrich a pasta sugo, casserole or braise.
Simply add some salt and pepper, herbs and noodles to the chicken stock and you have chicken noodle soup!
