Inspired by Simmone's granny's cheese scones, this recipe has a modern twist with loads of zucchini, carrot and a generous handful of fresh herbs from the garden. Tasty cheese and parmesan are added for that extra flavour burst and they are finished with a dollop of fetta and rosemary.
