Chocolate - Two chocolate macaron shells filled with a melt in the mouth Belgium couverture chocolate ganache.

Lemon - Two zesty macaron shells filled with a smooth, tangy lemon butter cream.

Caramel - Two caramel flavoured macaron shells filled with a burnt sugar caramel butter cream.

Raspberry - Two deep red macaron shells filled with a in-house made raspberry jam

Lavender - Two purple macaron shells filled with dark Belgium couverture ganache infused with French Lavender flowers.

Rosemary and Citrus - Two dark green macaron shells with Kalamansi Pate de fruit and a citrus and rosemary Belgium couverture milk chocolate ganache.

Pistachio - Two light pistachio macaron shells, filled with a pistachio white Belgium couverture ganache.

Passionfruit - Two dark purple macaron shells, filled with a sharp but smooth passionfruit curd.

Macarons should be kept refrigerated but served at room temperature to release the flavours. Look for them at the cake section in the deli today.
