Valrhona Grand Cru is arguably the best chocolate available. Only the best cocoa beans are purchased direct from plantations then meticulously blended into smooth chocolate according to traditional methods. Each one of the Grand Cru chocolates offer intense pleasure and distinctive flavour that is long on the palate, strong and intense. This chocolate is driven by flavour not sugar.

Valrhona Grand Cru Caraibe 66% is a blend of Trinitarios cocoa beans from the carribean. It is gentle and fruity, revealing delicate flavours of almond and roasted coffee.

Valrhona Grand Cru Guanaja 70% cocoa is a blend of Criollos and Trinitarios cocoa beans from South America. Bitter dark chocolate revealing exceptional complexity and incredible length of flavour.

Valrhona's Jivara is a smooth and mild milk chocolate with added malt and brown sugar. The 40% cocoa content provides an easy eating milk chocolate with a creamy texture and light finish.
