Zac & Jacs Kitchen Produce

The Zac & Jacs range has been lovingly crafted in the kitchen of their Stillwater restaurant on the Mornington Peninsula. They use only the best of locally produced, seasonal ingredients. Each major ingredient is sourced personally from small growers on the peninsula.

Dukkha - a tasty blend of spices, almonds and pistachios. Great to dip with bread and extra virgin olive oil. Use as a rub or marinade on fish, or crust a rack of lamb with it. Tasty sprinkled over baked or steamed veegtables, especially honeyed carrots.

Beetroot & Orange Relish - Organic local beets, the right blend of spice and loads of orange zest cate massive flavour for this tangy treat. Delicious with ham off the bone, sharp chedar, duck, venison, goat's cheese... the possibilities are endless!

Rhubarb & Ginger Compote - super ginger and rhubarb tang, this compote is smooth, sweet and cheekily tart. Delicious with fruit and yoghurt. Spoon it on ice cream or waffles. Team it with lemon tart or reinvigorate scones with a whopping great dollop!

Strawberry & Moscato Jam - Red Hill strawberries macerated in their own moscato made in to a chunky wholefruit jam- your freshly baked scones are begging for it! Spread it on toast and crumpets for a lush breaky.

Moroccan style preserved lemons - preserved for 12 months in a luscious mix of spice, chilli and salt, these zingy beauties are brilliant in a tagine, tossed trhough a garden salad, added to a spicy cous cous- wherever you want some zest!

Spiced Pears- a sticky, lightly spiced, deliciously unctious treat made with 100% local pears. A perfect match with marscapone and if you're looking to impress guests, on a cheese board.

Marinated Olives- organic manzanilla, local kalamata, wild verdale, arbequinas and gaeta olives, marinated in extra virgin olive oil, garlic, herbs and chilli. A sophisticated snack, great on an antipasto platter.
