Serves: 2 - 200ml Coconut cream
- 100ml Cream
- 2 tbsp Sweet chilli sauce
- 2 tbsp Stones Green Ginger Wine
- 1 Kaffir lime leaf shredded
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 x 240g Poachers Pantry Thai Smoked Chicken Thigh
- Put all ingredients except chicken in pan over medium heat and boil until the liquid reduces a little.
- Add sliced chicken thigh and heat through.
- Serve with rice and steamed Asian green vegetables.
