Thai Chicken with Ginger and Coconut

Serves: 2
  • 200ml Coconut cream
  • 100ml Cream
  • 2 tbsp Sweet chilli sauce
  • 2 tbsp Stones Green Ginger Wine
  • 1 Kaffir lime leaf shredded
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 x 240g Poachers Pantry Thai Smoked Chicken Thigh
  1. Put all ingredients except chicken in pan over medium heat and boil until the liquid reduces a little.
  2. Add sliced chicken thigh and heat through.
  3. Serve with rice and steamed Asian green vegetables.
