For an after-school snack, serve wedges of Royal Gala apples with carrot sticks, cubes of cheddar cheese and raisins.

For a delicious side salad, grill prosciutto slices until crispy. Allow to cool, and then break into small pieces. Meanwhile, use a potato peeler to slice paper-thin slices of Royal Gala Apples. Toss together with baby spinach leaves and crispy prosciutto. Season with fresh virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
