How to cook

Saut? finely chopped celery together with onions and garlic as a soup or casserole starter.

For nibbles with drinks, use celery sticks with other vegetables as carrots or capsicum to dip in hommus or other party dips.

Goes well with

Cottage cheese, hommus and is a flavoursome addition to prawn or seafood salads.
