How to cook the perfect Steak
At Thomas Dux we have now a wide range of fresh meat for you - choose from marinated beef or lamb kebabs, boned shoulders, fresh beef patties and the leanest thick cut veal cutlets. And our scotch fillets come with the garlic butter already!
Here are some tips for you for cooking the perfect steak:
- Make sure your BBQ plate is hot.
- Oil the meat, not the pan.
- Only turn the steak once.
- Take meat off the BBQ just before cooked to your liking.
- Rest meat for 3-4 minutes before serving.
