Fine quality meats where our suppliers have made it even easier for you by marinating and seasoning your favourite chicken, beef, veal, lamb and pork cuts. There is also a great selection of organic beef & lamb roasts, as well as organic, free range and corn-feed whole chickens.
Seasoned Pork Belly Roast
· Pre-heat a fan-forced oven to 180 °C.
· Remove plastic cover film.
· Place Pork rolls in foil tray in oven.
· Cook at 180°C for 35 - 40 minutes.
· Rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Seasoned & Plain Lamb Loin Roast

· Pre-heat a fan-forced oven to 180 °C.
· Remove meat from pack, place meat on baking tray.
· Cook at 180°C for 30 - 35 minutes.
· Rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Fan Forced Oven:
· Pre-heat oven to 180°C.
· Remove meat from pack, place meat on baking tray.
· Cook at 180°C for 30 - 35 minutes.
· Rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Grill plate /BBQ:
· Remove meat from pack.
· Place meat on Grill plate/BBQ on HIGH heat for 5 minutes each side.
· Reduce heat to MEDIUM, cover and cook for 25 minutes or until cooked through.
· Rest covered for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
