Tuna Wraps

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
  1. Drain the tuna. Halve the avocado and remove stone and mash the flesh of one half. Spread avocado over the flat bread.
  2. Top with lettuce leaves, drained tuna and some thinly sliced cucumber. If desired add the sliced egg.
  3. Gently roll up bread enclosing the filling. Cut in half and warp in plastic wrap or baking paper and place in a lunch box with a cooler pad.
