Tuna Wraps
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
- Drain the tuna. Halve the avocado and remove stone and mash the flesh of one half. Spread avocado over the flat bread.
- Top with lettuce leaves, drained tuna and some thinly sliced cucumber. If desired add the sliced egg.
- Gently roll up bread enclosing the filling. Cut in half and warp in plastic wrap or baking paper and place in a lunch box with a cooler pad.
