
Chef's Secret
Makes 1 large (30cm) pizza, or 4 small individual ones

Hearts of Palm Pizza
- 30cm thin pizza base
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- pinch oregano dried leaves
- 4 Tbsp tomato passata
- 120g mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 150g drained and sliced hearts of palm
- 1/3 small onion, thinly sliced
- salt & pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 230 degrees
- Drizzle olive oil over the pizza base
- Spread the tomato passata
- Disperse the finely chopped garlic evenly. Spread mozarella cheese and the parmesan cheese throughout the top.
- Sprinkle with dried oregano leaves. Place the sliced hearts of palm on top with onion slices
- Cook the piza for about 9-10 mins, until sufficiently browned and melted to your liking.
